Competition Terms and Conditions

Win a FUJIFILM INSTAX SP-1 Share Printer as well as a chance to win 1 of 10 free POP BOOK Photobooks in time for Christmas.

1. Take a creative picture of something you would want to print with the FUJIFILM INSTAX SP-1 Share Printer.

2. Upload it to Instagram and tag #POPBOOKPhotobooks as well as #FujiInstaxUK.

3. Follow us on Instagram and keep your eyes on the prize.

4. Competition entry closes at 17:00 on 20th December 2015 and the lucky winner will be announced on 21st December by 16:00. If you have a private Instagram account, take a screenshot of your Instagram post and send it to us by private message on Instagram. You may enter as many times as you like.


1. Entrants can enter the competition by posting a photo to Instagram with hashtag #POPBOOKPhotobooks and #FujiInstaxUK. An Instagram account is required to enter this competition.

2. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.

3. Entries must be in good taste and not include any crude, derogatory, inflammatory or offensive language.

4. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and legal residents of the UK. The competition is not open to employees of POP BOOK (or their immediate families), or anyone professionally connected with the competition.

5. The competition starts at 17:00pm on 19th November and closes at 17:00pm on 20th December 2015. POP BOOK accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or delayed entries. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted.

6. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices or programs will cause disqualification.

7. There is no purchase necessary to enter.

8. There will be 10 prizes offered in this competition. 1 overall winner will receive 2x free promo codes to make POP BOOK photobooks and a FUJIFILM INSTAX SP-1 Share printer and 9 runners up will receive a promo code to create a free POP BOOK photobook. To claim their promo code, the winner must download the POP BOOK app (available for Android and iOS) and register for free with POP BOOK via the app.

9. The prize winners will be selected on the 21st December by 16:00 by a creative panel at POP BOOK. The winner and runners up will be notified via Instagram on the 21st December. If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond with requested information to fulfil the prize within seven days, they forfeit the prize. In the event that the winner fails or refuses to claim his or her prize for any reason, or a prize is unclaimed, the prize is forfeited then POP BOOK may select an alternate winner by random drawing.

10. Please note that by submitting material in response to this competition each entrant warrants to POP BOOK and Fujifilm that the material is the entrant’s own original work and does not infringe the copyright or privacy of any other person. By contributing and interacting with POP BOOK's Instagram page, the entrant is allowing POP BOOK and Fujifilm to reference, use and/or take inspiration from all uploaded content, in all media on a perpetual, royalty-free, world-wide basis, WITH identification of the entrant, and entrant waives all moral rights in such material.

11. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. In the event the winner(s) do not for any reason take an element of a prize at the time stipulated by POP BOOK then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash or any other form of compensation will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize.

12. POP BOOK reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify all entries from any person, and prohibit that person’s further participation in this competition, who tampers with, or benefits from any tampering with, the entry process or the operation of the competition, acts in violation of these terms and conditions, acting in a disruptive manner, or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

13. To the extent permitted by law, each entrant releases POP BOOK, its associated agencies and Facebook, Instagram and Twitter from any and all liability, damages or loss incurred in connection with this competition including the redemption and use of any prize.
